Why should I hire your HVAC services?

Good question, however, a no brainer to answer. It was back in 2006 that I decided to fly solo after working in this industry for more than 4 decades. I am continuously training on all the latest technological advancements in my profession, thus allowing me to provide various services to all my clients. I am also updating my tools and array of equipment too. My Jamesburg, NJ clients know that when they hire my services they will receive superior workmanship at affordable prices. I am also known for my honesty, integrity, efficiency, and reliability. My areas of expertise are varied, and I have provided a full list of my services further in this post.

Will you only accept cash jobs?

Certainly not, I will take Visa, MasterCard, Cash, Checks and Zelle.

I am assuming that you offer estimates, however, are they free?

I do, and they are. Even though I have supplied you with a free estimate, you are not obliged to use my services, so if you would like to compare my rates with others, please be my guest.

Are your services only offered to the residents of Jamesburg, NJ?

No, I travel to any area in New Jersey specially the one listed below

What are the opening times of Rich Knapp, LLC?

My opening hours are as follows:

Monday – Friday: 8 AM – 4:30PM
Saturday: By appointment
Sunday: By appointment only

I am fully committed to what I do, and give a one year warranty on installations and change outs.

As a professional HVAC contractor, are you licensed, bonded, and insured?

I am indeed. And will not be averse to producing these documents should any of my clients wish to check out their validity?

If I do not have enough money, can you help with any financing?

Actually, yes I can, I can provide financing opportunities to customers that qualify.

Do you offer any warranties?

Yes, I offer extended labor warranties, a 12 year warranty on residential Fujitsu Air Stage and Halcyon Mini Split Systems, 10 years on commercial installations. Residential installs have a 12 year warranty on Fujitsu central HVAC systems and 10 years on commercial installations. All warranties are good for new installs and for change outs.

What about after hour emergency service calls ?

Emergency Services are Subject to circumstances and availability.
